These terms apply to purchases made through our online shop.

  1. Products

Please read the product description and size guide before ordering. Different garments may have different fits.

Product images illustrate the item. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, and print placement may vary slightly between garments. These variations do not affect your rights where an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Many of our products are printed or embroidered after an order is placed. Production time is additional to shipping time.

  1. Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and check your selected products, colours and sizes before paying.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the affected items. If we discover a pricing error, we will ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a refund.

Prices and applicable taxes are shown in the shop and at checkout. Shipping charges are shown before payment.

  1. Production and delivery

Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates include production time only where expressly stated. A postal service name such as “Royal Mail 24” or “Royal Mail 48” does not include the time needed to make your item.

Items may be produced at different locations and arrive in separate parcels.

We will deliver within the timeframe agreed when ordering or, if no different timeframe is agreed, within 30 days of accepting your order. If delivery is delayed, contact us so we can resolve the issue. Your statutory rights concerning late or missing deliveries remain unaffected.

Responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate to receive them.

For international orders, any import duties or local charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

  1. Changes and cancellations

Contact hello@forgexv.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to accommodate changes, but production may already have started.

For standard, non-personalised goods, UK consumers can cancel before delivery or within 14 days after receiving their goods. Where one order arrives in separate deliveries, this period runs from receipt of the last item.

Producing a standard design after ordering does not, by itself, remove this cancellation right.

Goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Any applicable exclusion will be explained before purchase. Your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods still apply.

  1. Returns and refunds

To cancel, email hello@forgexv.com with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need to give a reason.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for return instructions; do not send goods directly to a production partner.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct return postage cost. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. We may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

When you cancel an entire order, we refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where no goods were supplied, we refund within 14 days of cancellation.

Our Return and Refund Policy provides further details. Nothing in either policy restricts your statutory rights.

  1. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact hello@forgexv.com with your order number and details of the problem. Photographs may help us resolve the issue but are not a condition of your statutory rights.

We will provide the appropriate refund, repair or replacement required by applicable consumer law.

  1. Website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.

Website content, branding and original artwork are owned by us or used with permission. Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce or commercially exploit its artwork.

The Australia 2027 collection is an independent FORGE XV supporter collection. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by tournament organisers or national teams.

  1. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Cookie preferences can be managed through the controls available on our website.

  1. Liability and consumer rights

We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to exercise reasonable care.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.

  1. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not remove mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence.

Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law, including the courts of their home jurisdiction where permitted.

  1. Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
